Steps to Booking a CMH Heli-Skiing Trip

Here's how to book your trip. If you have any questions please email us at info@cmhinc.com or give us a call at 1.800.661.0252. We love to talk skiing!

Step 1 - Choose a trip

Use our Availability & Trip Planning Wizard to choose an area and dates that you're interested in, as well as two or three alternatives.

Note: Bobbie Burns, Galena, & Monashees are for advanced skiers only.

Note: If you're contacting us on behalf of a group of skiers, include the names and contact information for all skiers in your group.


Step 3 - Submit your deposit

Deposits are due at the time of booking (Amex, MasterCard or VISA) :

$1,000 CDN for trips of 7 days or longer;
$500 CDN for trips less than 7 days.

Your deposit is non-refundable, but is 100% transferable for the following scenarios:

  • You make a new booking within the same season or calendar year.
  • You find a replacement guest for your booking (name change).

Waitlisted? If you are placed on our waitlist, we ask for the appropriate deposit, but this is refunded if we are not able to confirm you on a ski week, or if you cancel your waitlist space. Once you are confirmed on a trip, this deposit becomes non-refundable.


Step 4 - Wait for your confirmation package, sign and return waiver

We will forward you a confirmation package, including the CMH Heli-Ski Waiver that must be completed, signed, and returned to our office within 30 days of booking. Please read the waiver and application form carefully to become familiar with all terms and conditions.


Step 5 - Submit your final payment

Final payment made easy! Choose one of the following three methods:

  • Pre-authorized full payment charge to your credit card on specific date;
  • Pre-authorized scheduled monthly credit card payments
  • • Make alternate arrangements for payment 10 weeks prior to your trip

Final payment is due 10 weeks prior to your trip's start date. CMH can accept:

  • cash
  • travellers cheques
  • credit cards : Amex, MasterCard or VISA
  • bank drafts
  • personal cheques - only personal cheques drawn on Canadian banks may be written in Canadian funds. All other cheques or Eurocheques drawn on banks located in other countries, including the U.S., must be written in local currencies. Be sure to include your client identification number (which we will provide) on the back of Eurocheques.
  • transfer funds - you may also instruct your bank to transfer funds directly to our bank. Please contact us for banking details.

Be absolutely sure that transfer instructions and/or cheques include your name and trip week number.

Please clearly indicate whether your payment includes funds for trip cancellation insurance . Please keep in mind that all prices are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to change.

Note: All monies become non-refundable 10 weeks prior to your trip start date. In the event of cancellation, funds are transferable to a new booking within the same ski season or calendar year, to a Heli-Hiking booking within the same calendar year, or to a replacement guest (name change) – found by you.

Recommendation: We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance. Learn more at Before You Go. If you make your full payment by credit card, check with your credit card provider for alternate cancellation insurance.
